Traders trade on our platform; Ethex, as a platform provider, does not participate in actual trading. Traders must open an account and pre-store digital assets before starting to trade.

The user understands and agrees that the Ethex service is provided in accordance with the current state of technology development and other conditions. Ethex will do its utmost to provide services to users and to ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, Ethex cannot foresee and guard against legal, technical and other risks, including but not limited to irresistible force, viruses, trojans, hacking, system instability, interruptions of the third party services, data loss and other losses and risks that may result from third party services, government actions, etc.
Ethex shall not be liable for damages if the system platform is unable to operate normally due to the following conditions and the users are unable to use the services or to entrust properly, including but not limited to:
1. If the system shutdown inmaintenance period announced by the Ethex platform;
2. If the telecommunication equipment fails to perform data transmission;
3. If Ethex platform cannot perform business due to irresistibleforces such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc.
1. Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or seizures, technical adjustments or failures in the telecommunications sector, website upgrades, banking problems, temporary closures due to government regulations, etc.

Some of the services of the Ethex are not provided for free. If the user uses the fee-based service, please follow the relevant agreement. Ethex may modify and change the charging standards and methods according to actual needs. Ethex may also charge for some free services. Ethex will notify or announce on the corresponding service page before making modifications or starting to charge. If the user does not agree to the above content, the service should be discontinued.
Ethex will not ask for passwords from any users, and will not allow users to make payments to any accounts and btc/ltc recharge addresses that are not provided in our exchange center. Please do not trust any information related to discounts, special offers, etc. We will not be responsible for the loss caused by the money or currency paid to the account and address provided by the non-btc/ltc trading center.
Handling of abnormal transaction: User agrees and endorses that the service may not be available due to digital currency network connection issues or other irresistible factors. Also, the user ensures that the information entered is correct. If the website fails to notify the user of the subsequent transaction processing method due to the abnormal situation caused by the wrong information, the website does not assume any liability for damages.

1. Ethex believes that digital assets should not be called money and legal tender, because they are not backed by the government or the central bank. Ethex cannot guarantee the stability of the digital asset market. You should be cautious in trading digital assets (and any other assets). Prices will fluctuate at any time. Due to price fluctuations, you may have large profits or losses. Any digital asset or trading position can fluctuate significantly and may even become worthless.
2. When using this service, when the user or user's trading instructions have errors
(including but not limited to price, quantity, etc.), the loss will be borne by the user if it is not due to the trading rules of the site.
3. Any loss caused by the user's fault is borne by the user. 4. If you lose your password, you may not be able to access your account. You agree to immediately notify Ethex of any unauthorized use of your password. Ethex will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your password. The naming and use of user names and nicknames are subject to relevant laws and regulations and should be ethical. The user will be responsible for all activities and events that occur after logging in to the system with this username and password and be legally responsible for all personal behaviors.
If the user password is lost, you can reset the password by using the link sent to your registration email. Users registered with the mobile phone number can retrieve the original password by using the mobile phone number. Users should immediately inform the Ethex Network if they find any illegal use of the username or other security breaches.
1. User rights and license restrictions
In accordance with the terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Ethex website and services for the purpose approved by the Ethex license. You agree that you will not copy, transmit, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, post or transfer derivative works in any other manner, or use any of the Ethex content in any other way.
You agree to:
1. All rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights in the services and related software, websites and technologies, belong to Ethex;
2. Except for the limited license granted by the term, the rights or benefits of the service may not be transferred;
3. Theservicesare protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ethex retains all rights not expressly granted under the terms;
4. Thewebsite has the right to inquire, freeze or deduct the items and accounts of the user according to the requirements of judicial organs, administrative organs and military organs including but not limited to public security organs, procuratorial organs, courts, customs, tax authorities, etc. ;
5. The user has the right to obtain the reward given by Ethex Network after publishing the information and makingother contributions according to the relevant regulations of the website;
6. The user has the right to modify the modifiable information in his personal account, choose the nickname and enter the introductory text, and decide whether to provide the content of the fields whicharenot required to fill;

9. If the user disagrees with the modification of this agreement or is dissatisfied with the service of Ethex, he can exercise the following rights:

If the user violates the above provisions, Ethex has the right to directly take all necessary measures, including but not limited to deleting the content posted by the user, canceling the star rating, honor and virtual wealth obtained by the user on the website, suspending or sealing up the user account, canceling the benefits obtained illegally, and even investigating the legal liability of the user through litigation.
3. It is forbidden for users to use the Ethex Network as a place, platform or medium for engaging in various illegal activities in any form. Users may not engage in any commercial activities in the name of the site without the authorization or permission of the Ethex Network, and may not use the Ethex Network as a place, platform or medium for commercial activities in any form.

VII. Service fees
1. When the user uses the service, the company has the right to charge the user for the service fee according to the corresponding rules. Ethex has the right to formulate and adjust the service fee. The specific service fee is based on the announcement of the charging method listed on the Ethex website when the user uses the service or other written agreement between the user and Ethex.
2. Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the user agrees that Ethex has the right to deduct the above service fee directly from the assets of the user account.
VIII. Service changes, interruptions, terminations, restrictions, freezes
1. 1.Ethex may change the service content, andmay also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
2. At the time of transfer, Ethex may transfer the relevant assets under the service to a third party; Ethex may also transfer some or all of the services under thetermto a third party for operation or performance after unilateral notification to you. The specific transfer is subject to the Ethex notice.
3. Ethex reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the services provided to you without notice if any of the following occurs:
(1) According to the law, you should submit true information, but the personal information you provide is not true, or it is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof;
(2) You violate the relevant laws or regulations or the term;
(3) in accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the authority;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
4. Ethex has the right to charge according to the term. Ethex reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate the provision of services if you do not pay in full and on time.
5. You can close your account at any time, andyou are still obligated to perform your obligations to any pending transaction. In addition, you will be responsible for any costs incurred prior to closing theaccount. Ethex may also terminate your account at any time and notify you by email or other means. If there is a suspicion that you fail to comply with the terms, constitute an unacceptable fraud or administrative risk to Ethex or you provide us with false, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information, Ethex may suspend your access. The Ethex Network user information referred to in the terms refers to information that complies with laws, regulations and related regulations and meets the following scope:

XIII. Applicable law and venue

You and Ethex agree to arbitrate any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service, unless you and Ethex do not require arbitration about the illegal use of copyright, trademark, trade name, logo, trade secret or patent dispute. Arbitration takes precedence over prosecution or jury trials in court. You and Ethex agree that you will notify the other party within thirty (30) days of any dispute, and you will attempt to resolve the dispute informally before submitting any arbitration request. Any arbitration will take place in Singapore and the arbitration will be kept by a single arbitrator secretly. You and Ethex also agree that the courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any arbitration between the parties and any litigation between parties which is not subject to arbitration. In any arbitration, the parties shall not get in touch with each other and the arbitrator shall not allow the parties to have connections with each other; instead, the parties shall disclose evidence supporting their position at the time and date of mutual consent prior to the final hearing. In addition to the procedures and remedies discussed below, arbitrators have the authority to grant remedies that will be granted if they are prosecuted in court. You, as well as Ethex, will not participate in class actions or collective arbitrations for any of the claims covered by the terms. If Ethex is a party to the lawsuit, you also agree not to participate in a claim filed by a private attorney or representative or a joint claim involving another person. If the prohibition of the class action and other claims against the third party mentioned above are found to be unenforceable, the prohibition is deemed to have been removed from the terms and other terms relating to the arbitration shall continue to be valid.
